Mr. Al Ayoub holds a Bachelor degree in Science in Civil Engineering from University of Kuwait in 1994. He was Chairman at Coast Investment & Development Co. KSCC since 2019 till 2022. Mr. Al Ayoub has 25 years experience in Investments, financial services industry. 

Mr. Al Ayoub was previously working as President and CEO of the Kuwait Investment Office (KIO), London, the office of sovereign wealth fund KIA.  KIO is a direct investor globally across all major asset classes, including equities, fixed income and alternatives.  Prior to joining KIO, he was a Managing Director with Goldman Sachs working with the Middle East and North Africa team on the coverage of sovereign wealth funds in the region. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 and was the co-head of the European Special Situations Group for the MENA region. Mr. Al Ayoub started his career at KIA, where he spent 13 years and was the head of private equity activities. He also served on the Rhône Fund III advisory board.
